Heidrun Taag has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Lead and Team- und Organisationsentwicklerin at camos Software und Beratung GmbH since November 2013. In this role, Heidrun manages the HR department, provides team coaching for HR and Finance, and oversees organizational development and HR projects. Prior experience includes serving as IT Recruiterin and HR Managerin at the same company, where responsibilities included building departments, active sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, and consulting employees and leadership on personnel matters. Heidrun also reported directly to management and coordinated various HR projects. Previous experience includes a role as a Recruiting Consultant at alma mater GmbH from 2008 to 2013. Heidrun holds a Magister degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Geschichte, and Politikwissenschaften from the University of Stuttgart, obtained between 2004 and 2008.
