Dr. Rashid Nadaf currently serves as a Research and Development Specialist at Speciality Chemicals since June 2023 and has been with Camlin Fine Sciences as a Senior Principal Scientist and R&D Head since February 2016. Prior roles include Senior Scientific Manager at GVK Biosciences from 2014 to February 2016 and various postdoctoral research positions at prestigious institutions such as Texas A&M University, Nagoya Institute of Technology, and Osaka University. Dr. Nadaf holds a Ph.D. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry and Catalysis from Osaka University, an MBA in Pharmaceutical Management, and a Master’s Degree in Organic Chemistry. Notable expertise includes project management, product development, synthetic organic chemistry, and strong leadership in research teams within the pharmaceutical and CRO industries.
