Rushikesh Mandlik is an accomplished Scientist in Reactive Colors at Archroma since May 2024, following a tenure as Research and Development Executive at JAY Chemical Industries Private Limited from June 2021 to May 2024. Rushikesh gained foundational experience as a student and research intern at the Institute Of Chemical Technology, focusing on anti-solvent crystallization of NaCl using dual impinging jets technology, and further engaged in optimization studies during a summer trainee project. Additionally, Rushikesh served as Hospitality Head for Vortex ICT, India's largest ChemFest, and held the position of Campus Director at E-Cell, IIT BHU. Rushikesh holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Dyestuff and Intermediates technology from the Institute Of Chemical Technology and completed HSC and SSC education at Karmveer Bhaurao Patil College and Islampur Highschool respectively.
