Natalia Efremova has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Natalia is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Cambridge International School Russia since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the HR Director at SCHNEIDER GROUP from February 2014 to July 2021. In this role, they provided expert consulting and business support services, focusing on digitalization and cost-cutting for businesses expanding into Russia and the CIS. Before that, Natalia held the position of HR Director at BRIGHT GROUP from September 2012 to February 2014. Natalia also has experience working at Deloitte & Touche CIS, where they served as the HR Director from July 2009 to May 2012, Senior HR Manager from June 2008 to June 2009, and HR Manager from September 2006 to May 2008.

Natalia Efremova earned an Engineer's degree from Moscow State University of Food Production (MGUPP) between 1993 and 1998.
