Tara Hong is a substitute teacher at Lowell Public Schools and serves as a board member at both Cambodian Mutual Assistance Association and Mill City Grows. Previously, Tara worked as a program coordinator at Project LEARN Inc and held various roles such as project manager and civic engagement coordinator. Tara holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
