Jill Desjean has extensive experience in financial aid administration, currently serving as the Director of Policy Analysis at the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA) since May 2016, following roles as Senior Policy Analyst and Policy Analyst. Prior to this, Jill held the position of Associate Director of Financial Aid at Tufts University School of Medicine from June 2007 to July 2015. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Graduate Financial Aid at The New School and Associate Director of Financial Aid at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Earlier in Jill's career, roles included Assistant Director of Financial Aid at Brandeis University and Financial Aid Counselor at the College of the Holy Cross. Jill earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross between 1992 and 1996.
