Santhosh Kumar, holding an ITIL certification, has over 15 years of extensive experience in the IT sector. Currently serving as a Manager and Technical Lead at CallHealth since January 2017, Santhosh previously held the role of Sr. Team Lead at Atos from December 2008 to January 2017. Santhosh obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, completing the degree between 2001 and 2005. Prior educational achievements include an Intermediate in Mathematics from AJRJC (1999-2001) and SSC completion from APRS (1997-1999).
