Neil L Scott is an R&D Specialist on the RDTI Assessment Team at Callaghan Innovation, a role held since February 2013, where technical assessments of R&D Tax Incentive applications for IRD are provided to support New Zealand industry in research and development. Additionally, Neil L Scott has served as a Principal Research Engineer at both Callaghan Innovation and its predecessor, Industrial Research Ltd., since 1983. Educational credentials include a degree from the University of Canterbury.
