Kellie Burns is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in personnel management and workers' compensation. Currently serving as a Staff Services Manager I at the California Franchise Tax Board since March 2022, Kellie leads a team of performance management consultants and oversees the Progressive Discipline program, ensuring fairness and transparency in employee discipline processes. Prior to this role, Kellie worked as an Associate Governmental Program Analyst at the California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation, focusing on workers' compensation and return-to-work coordination for parole agents since October 2018. Kellie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix, earned between June 2010 and September 2012.
