Jose Garmendia has a strong background in operations and project management. Jose currently serves as the Director of Operations & Project Management at Calibrant Energy since September 2021. Previously, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Kenyon Energy, LLC from July 2017 to September 2021. Before that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Bay4 Energy Services, LLC from January 2014 to June 2017. Jose also held roles such as Vice President, Operations at Kenyon Energy, LLC from July 2013 to December 2013, Interfranchise Operations Controller at PODS from August 2010 to July 2013, and VP - Operations Manager at GE Technology Finance from October 2005 to July 2010. Before joining GE Technology Finance, they were an Operations Manager at GE Capital and GE Commercial Finance. Jose started their career as a Business Advisory Services Manager at Grant Thornton LLP from April 2005 to October 2005.

Jose Garmendia obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Auburn University, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Jose later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance at the University of South Florida, completing their studies between 1991 and 1995.
