Carina McDonald is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in learning, development, and behavioral analysis. Currently working in the Learning & Development Unit of Calgary Police Service, Carina also serves as an Associate Instructor at Toddington International Inc., specializing in training related to OSINT, SOCMINT, HUMINT, and critical thinking. Previous roles include Project Lead and Trainer at CRDF Global, Head of Analysis & Cadre at The Special Forces Experience, and Founder & Director of Trajectory Development - Coaching & Consulting, where Carina focused on psychometric and behavioral analysis. With a solid academic foundation, including a Master of Strategic Studies and multiple bachelor's degrees from the University of Calgary, Carina brings extensive instructional design experience and expertise in human behavior, online radicalization, and tactical intelligence collection.
