Marcus Wolter currently serves as Partner and Global Director in the Corporate Practice at Caldwell, beginning in February 2024. Previously, Marcus was an M&A lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from January 2012 to November 2023, contributing as Counsel in the Global Transactions team.
