Timothy Conner is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as Parish Engineer for the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury since October 1992. Prior to this role, Timothy held positions as Project Engineer at Meyer and Associates Engineering Firm from July 1990 to October 1992 and as Professional Engineer I at the Florida Department of Transportation from April 1988 to July 1990. Timothy began their career as Engineer-in-Training at Meyer and Associates Engineering Firm, where employment lasted from March 1985 to April 1988. Timothy earned a degree from McNeese State University between 1979 and 1984.
