Breon Parker is a Traffic Studies Engineer at the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) since November 2021, bringing extensive experience in engineering and transportation. Previously, Breon held positions as an Engineering Technician at Pennoni Associates, Inc. from June 2018 to December 2021, Inspector at the Delaware Department of Transportation from May 2017 to June 2018, and Associate Field Engineer at Curvature from April 2015 to June 2018. Breon began a career in the service industry as a Server/Bartender at Applebee's from April 2013 to June 2015. Breon holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University, completed between 2019 and 2021, and has prior education from Delaware Technical Community College and the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown.
