Sidiki Suweiba Alare, ACXM, MBA, currently serves as a Volunteer with Customer Experience Professionals Ghana, focusing on transforming the customer experience narrative since March 2023. Sidiki has been with CalBank PLC since January 2021, holding the position of Unit Head for the Service Experience Hub, where responsibilities include promoting the implementation of service strategies and leading teams to maintain high service standards. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Ghana (2014-2016), an Executive MBA in Finance from the same institution (2014-2016), and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Ghana (2006-2010).
