Gaspar Louis Sayoc is an experienced event manager and hospitality consultant with a diverse background in the wine and culinary industries. Currently serving as Interim Event Manager and Event Consultant at Cakebread Cellars, Gaspar has also held roles in group and special event sales at Hanson of Sonoma Distillery.
