Rob Bentham is a Global Managing Consultant at Cultura Connect since June 2024, specializing in the development of high-performance teams in the agricultural, food, and forestry sectors. Prior to this role, Rob served as Principal at Pedersen & Partners, a global Executive Search and Leadership Consulting firm, from 2023 to April 2024. Between 2017 and 2023, Rob was the Head of AgTech at Chaseman Global, a specialist search firm that focuses on innovative start-ups and multinational organizations. Rob’s earlier experience includes various roles at Oliver James Associates from 2010 to 2017, where responsibilities spanned finance, audit, risk, and compliance recruitment. Career beginnings include positions at Venn Group as a Consultant and at Frontier as a Researcher. Rob holds a BSc (Hons) in Marine Biology from Newcastle University and has attended Shrewsbury School and The Ryleys.
