Christine Conwell, CPSP, has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and consulting. Christine started their career at Impact Innovations Group, where they served as Supervisor, Sr. Technical Recruiter, and Account Manager. There, they developed and supervised a Recruiting Services Group to provide hiring solutions and project staffing personnel for Fortune 500 companies.
Christine then co-founded Enterprise Controls Consulting LP (ECC) in 2002, serving as Co-Founder and CEO. In this role, they managed and trained a team of up to 25 recruiters/account managers and indirectly managed 12 consultants. Alongside their partners, they also developed and successfully implemented the recruiting and consulting strategy, methodology, processes, procedures, and infrastructure for the entire organization.
After leaving ECC, Christine became the Co-Founder and CEO of ECC Hiring Solutions, LLC in 2008. This spin-off from ECC provided employer of record, payroll, and recruiting services for staffing and recruiting firms, independent recruiters, and professional consulting firms. These services helped clients grow their temporary, contract-to-hire, and consulting revenues by providing recruiting support, time and expense management, billable invoice funding, and payroll processing and funding solutions. Additionally, ECC Hiring Solutions offered insurance coverage and group health insurance benefits to billable contractors.
Christine then worked as a Talent Acquisition Executive at Compass Technology Group from 2010 to 2013, where they focused on acquiring top talent for the organization.
Currently, Christine holds the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Columbia Advisory Group since 2014. Columbia Advisory Group is an established IT consulting firm that delivers cost-effective and practical IT solutions for complex business problems. They offer comprehensive insight across diverse regulatory and economic environments and remain software and hardware-agnostic. As Director of Talent Acquisition, Christine is responsible for overseeing the recruiting efforts and ensuring the acquisition of top talents for the organization.

Christine Conwell, CPSP completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Journalism and Public Relations from the University of North Texas in 1995. In July 2013, they obtained the certification of Certified People Sourcing Professional (CPSP) from the People Sourcing Certification Program.
