Nandhini Sundar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2014, they worked as a Summer Intern at The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd., where they focused on documentation and issuing cheques for import and export cargo. The following year, in 2015, they had a Student Internship at Reliance Communications, assisting with data entry, pre-recruitment processes, and background verification. In 2016, they had two student internship roles, first at CavinKare, where they worked on processes such as PF, ESI, and training module presentations, and later at TI Cycles of India. In 2017, Nandhini joined Pan Asia Resources as an APAC Recruiter, responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, negotiation, placement, and onboarding. Currently, they are working at Introlligent since 2018, where they have progressed from Talent Acquisition Specialist to Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and is currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead.
Nandhini Sundar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Ethiraj College For Women in 2015. In 2016, they obtained a Compensation and Benefits Certification in Payroll from CHRMP Certified Human Resource Management Professional. Nandhini then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Women's Christian College Chennai from 2015 to 2017.
