Ahmed Meguid is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering management and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at CAFU since September 2019, Ahmed has successfully led the Customer Tribe and the CAFU 2.0 Project, tripling the engineering team from 30 to over 90 engineers while overseeing eight squads focused on various services. Previous experience includes roles such as Principal Software Engineer at Virgin Gates, where Ahmed built a successful B2B delivery service, and Engineering Manager positions at Raye7 and Edukitten ltd., driving technology initiatives in ride-sharing and app development across multiple domains. Notable achievements also include leading contract projects to develop high-impact applications for Parent ApS and SuperMama. Ahmed co-founded engineering firms GeoB and Cocoa Ninjas, contributing significantly to mobile app development and client relations. Ahmed holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Benha University.
