Joline McGoldrick is the Executive Vice President of Data & Analytics at CafeMedia. In this role, they are responsible for leading CafeMedia's data strategy and insights team.
Prior to joining CafeMedia, Joline was the Senior Vice President of Data Insights and Research at VidMob. In this role, they were responsible for product development of digital measurement and pre-testing tools, including eyetracking. Joline also wrote thought leadership pieces on digital and mobile advertising, and spoke at various industry conferences.
Before VidMob, Joline spent 8 years at Kantar Millward Brown, where they held various roles including SVP Marketing and Strategy for the Media and Digital Practice, VP of Research for Millward Brown Digital, and Director of Research. In these roles, they were responsible for product development of eyetracking tools, custom research projects on audience analysis and user experience, and survey drafting, cleaning and weighting, and data analysis.
Prior to their work in market research, Joline worked as an attorney at Strickler, Sachitano & Hatfield, where they handled complex family law matters such as divorce, contested custody, child support, domestic violence, and property distribution.
Joline began their career as a Business Analyst at American Management Systems (AMS).
Joline has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
Joline McGoldrick attended Carnegie Mellon University, where they received their B.A. in Psychology in 1997. Joline then attended The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where they received their J.D./MSW in 2006.
