Sophie Kavia has over 15 years of experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the HR People Transactions Team Leader at Cafcass since December 2011. Previously, Sophie held various HR-related roles at Cafcass, including Resourcing Adviser and Enhanced HR Assistant. Prior experience includes positions at Independent, Southern Cross Health Care, Lloyds Pharmacy, and HSBC, with responsibilities encompassing recruitment administration, contract production, and team leadership. Sophie holds a BA in History & Religious Studies from The Open University and a Certificate in Personnel Practice in Human Resources from City College Coventry.
