Michelet Jean-Charles is an experienced Benefits Administrator currently working at Horizons for Homeless Children since August 2021. Prior to this role, Michelet served as a Leave of Absence/Benefits Administrator at Perkins School for the Blind from November 2017 to July 2021, where responsibilities included managing employee benefits, FMLA, leaves of absence, and tracking PTO balances.
