Andrey Babayan is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing and integrating IT infrastructures. Currently serving as a Senior IT Manager at Cadence Design Systems since February 2021, Andrey focuses on integrating NUMECA's IT infrastructure following its acquisition by Cadence. Prior to this, Andrey held the position of Head System Administrator at NUMECA International for nearly 19 years, where responsibilities included overseeing all IT operations, managing IT infrastructure, budget creation, and liaising with other departments to address IT needs. Andrey's earlier experience includes roles as Technical Director at Intercom Plus ISP and Technical Manager at ELA Inc., alongside a strong educational background with a PhD in Physics of semiconductors and dielectrics.
