Hedi Mardisoo has a long and varied career in the business world. Hedi began their career in 2001 as a Sales Representative for NBN. Hedi then moved to HansaWorld in 2002, where they held the role of International Marketing Manager. In 2007, they became the Head of Communication, Group Business Support & Group IT and Communication Manager for Swedbank. In 2015, they took on the role of Chief Communication and Marketing Officer at Starman Group. In 2017, they founded their own consultancy company, Matuk, and held the roles of Bytelife, Guaana, Click and Grow, Owner, and Storytek, as well as Black Nights Film Festival. Most recently, in 2018, they became the CEO & Co-Founder of Cachet, a financial services marketplace for gig workers.
Hedi Mardisoo completed a Leadership program on technology shifts, innovation processes and sustainable development at Stockholm University in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Information Sciences from Tallinn University in 2004. From 2002 to 2003, they attended Northumbria University and earned a BA in Information and Communication Management. Her educational journey began in 1997 when they attended Reaalkool.
