Allan Boruchowicz is the Founder and Managing Partner of Carao Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in San José, Costa Rica, established in September 2012 to support top founders and startups in Spanish-speaking Latin America. Boruchowicz is also a Kauffman Fellow, Class 27, and serves on the boards of various companies, including Fibrazo, Megabite, Huli, Banco BCT, Speratum, Slidebean, and BîldTEK. Prior experience includes a board member position at Seguros LAFISE Costa Rica from September 2013 to June 2017. Allan Boruchowicz holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance, and Economics from Babson College and has participated in exchange programs at Esade and The London School of Economics and Political Science.
