Brent Carlson is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Pre-Construction Manager at Cabot Saint Lucia since August 2021, overseeing all pre-construction activities for a luxury home development. As the Owner of Osprey Construction, LLC, founded in June 2020, Brent specializes in infill developments and construction consulting in the Phoenix metro area. Previously, Brent held positions as Pre-Construction Manager and Lead Estimator at Discovery Land Company from April 2015 to May 2020, and Assistant Project Manager at Sares-Regis Group from March 2012 to March 2015. Early career experience includes roles at Kiewit, Builder Helper LLC, and Mobius Construction. Brent holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University (2018-2022) and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Brigham Young University (2007-2011).
