Lucie Lambert has extensive experience in the hospitality sector, currently serving as a Front of House Manager and Duty Manager at The Alchemist since September 2021, where previous positions included serving roles. Prior experience includes work as a Secretary at La Presse de Gray from August 2018 to August 2021, and various roles such as an employee at ALDI France in the summer of 2020, a worker at Adapei Pro 70 in May 2020, and a Crew Member at McDonald's in June and July 2019. In terms of education, Lucie Lambert is pursuing an unfinished degree in Accounting and Finance at ICS Learn, and holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Birmingham, along with a Licence in Langues Etrangeres Appliquees from Université de Franche-Comté. Lucie completed secondary education with a Baccalauréat in Economics and Social Sciences at Lycée Augustin Cournot and a Brevet des collèges at College Rome de l'Isle.
