Ilse Lasschuijt serves as the Senior Director of Marketing for Cable & Wireless Communications, managing marketing operations across the South Caribbean cluster since July 2023. Previously, Ilse was a Member of the Board of Trustees at MTN Zambia Foundation and owned Orange Hills Communications, specializing in brand narrative creation and strategy development from June 2017 to October 2019. Ilse held pivotal roles at VEON as Global Director of Brand and Media, Liberty Global as Vice President of Brands & Marketing Communications Europe, and Vattenfall as Vice President Marketing Europe, overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple countries. Additionally, Ilse has significant experience in the energy sector from roles at Nuon, focusing on marketing communications and successfully promoting brand positioning and integrated campaigns in both the Dutch and Belgian markets. Ilse's earlier career included positions at Plan International and the International Institute for Asian Studies, with a strong educational background in Japanese Studies from Leiden University and other institutions.
