Fred A. C. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, operational excellence, and process improvement. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at CaaStle, Fred manages a portfolio of projects that drive value across Product Development, Infosec, and Business Development. Previous roles include Value Stream Manager at Copado, where Fred coached clients on Value Stream Management processes, and Operational Excellence & Process Improvement Lead at Aramco, focusing on implementing and assessing operational excellence initiatives. Fred has also worked as an Independent Consultant, specializing in Lean Six Sigma transformations for various organizations, including the U.S. Army Pacific Command and Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard.
