Monchit Surachaidunthavin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Monchit is currently serving as the VP of Food Business at Central Group since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Operations at WeEat Company Limited (Tim Hortons) from July 2019 to November 2021. Monchit also held positions at Minor Food, where they served as an Operations Manager from September 2017 to June 2019 and as an Operations Manager - Franchise Stores from January 2016 to September 2017. Before that, they worked at ExxonMobil in multiple roles, including Operations Manager, Project Coordinator, and Asia Pacific Business Development Lead from April 2013 to January 2016. Prior to ExxonMobil, Monchit worked as the SEA Business Development Advisor at ExxonMobil from May 2011 to February 2013. Monchit also served as a Territory Manager at Esso (Thailand) Public Co Ltd from November 2009 to April 2011 and as an Industrial Engineer at Michelin from October 2004 to February 2006.

Monchit Surachaidunthavin completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering at the Asian University of Science and Technology from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, Monchit attended Ballarat Grammar School in Australia from 1996 to 2000, where they focused on Mathematics and Computer Science.
