E. George Ohaeri is a skilled researcher with extensive experience in materials science, corrosion engineering, and asset integrity within the energy sector. Currently at C-FER Technologies since December 2021, E. George Ohaeri focuses on developing testing procedures and advancing research in hydrogen energy infrastructure. Previously, as a Research Fellow at the University of Saskatchewan, E. George Ohaeri contributed to steel rolling mill trials and investigated corrosion and hydrogen embrittlement in pipeline steels. E. George Ohaeri has also worked as a Corrosion Engineer at Corrpro Canada, supporting asset integrity projects, and served as a Graduate Asset Integrity Engineer at Origin Integrity Management, where a focus was placed on the integrity management of North Sea oil fields. E. George Ohaeri holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Materials Science and Metallurgy from the University of Saskatchewan, an MS in Pipeline Engineering from Newcastle University, and an MEng in Polymer Science and Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Owerri, Nigeria.
