Carolyn Igleski is a seasoned professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) with extensive experience in project management and talent development. Currently serving as a Senior DEI & Talent Specialist at Byline Bank since December 2017, Carolyn supports the CEO and Executive Leadership team in various initiatives and strategic planning, while managing DEI council activities. Previous roles include project coordination and operational risk administration at Byline Bank and internship experiences at MB Financial Bank and AmeriCorps. Carolyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with a minor in Business and Gender Studies from Indiana University Bloomington and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Management at DePaul University.
