Kaviya Sekar is a Human Resources professional with a focus on Human Resources Management, currently serving as a Human Resources Associate at Kapitus since March 2023. Kaviya gained valuable experience through internships at Royal Enfield and GuardianLink in 2022, as well as previous internship experience in early 2022 at GuardianLink. Kaviya holds an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources Management from ISSM Business School, obtained in 2023, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Ethiraj College For Women, completed in 2021. Kaviya's educational background is further complemented by the completion of HSC in Commerce from Velammal Matriculation Higher Secondary School in 2018.
