Vladimir Pavlovets has experience in various roles in sales and influencer marketing. Vladimir worked as a Sales Manager at ООО Винсера from July 2017 to December 2018, and then as a Sales Manager at Renault Belarus from December 2018 to April 2020. Vladimir joined Famesters - Influencer Marketing Agency and BuzzGuru in October 2020 as an Influencer Marketing Manager.

Vladimir Pavlovets began their education in 2011 at the branch of BNTU UO "BGPK" where they studied industrial heat power engineering. Vladimir completed their studies in 2015 and then went on to pursue a bachelor's degree in finance at the Belarusian State Economic University from 2015 to 2020.
