Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at EPI-Colorspace and a Business & Executive Coach at Focal Point, Tripathi also advises startups like Butlr, which specializes in AIoT platforms for occupancy detection. As a Co-Founder and CEO of Elev8, Tripathi focuses on providing housing solutions for low-income families. Tripathi's previous roles include founding chair of the Landlord Advisory Committee for the Housing Authority of Prince George’s County, Co-CEO of Threadstack, and Managing Director at Hines, where significant contributions to multifamily and office developments were made.
