Aparna Thakur has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Aparna began their career as an HR Representative at Bank of America in 1991 and worked there for 8 years. Aparna then joined Plenitude Management Services as a Human Resources Management Consultant from 2000 to 2003. Aparna went on to work at Vmoksha Technologies Pvt. Ltd as the Head of HR from 2004 to 2006. Aparna then joined Target as a Senior Manager of Human Resources from 2006 to 2010. Aparna worked at Opto Circuits (India) Ltd. as the Vice President and Group Head of HR from 2010 to 2013. Aparna then transitioned to ANSR as a Director of Human Resources from 2013 to 2019. Currently, they are a Business Consultant at ANSR since August 2019. Aparna is also a Co-Founder of EdMyst - The Talent Transformation Platform, starting from May 2020.

Aparna Thakur attended Loreto College, Calcutta University from 1988 to 1990. Aparna earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, with a focus on General Studies and Humanities.
