Sara Gray has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and organizations. Sara began their career in 2015 at Businessolver, where they held various positions over the years. Sara started as an Operations Billing Analyst in the Professional Development Program and later transitioned to become a System Relationship Specialist. After that, they worked as a Configuration Specialist and then as a System Design Analyst. Sara was then promoted to Client Operations Lead and eventually became a Senior Client Operations Lead. At Businessolver, they showcased their expertise in client operations and system design.

Before joining Businessolver, Sara worked as a Student at Drake University from 2011 to 2015. During their time there, they gained valuable skills and knowledge in their field of study.

In 2013, Sara also had internship experiences at both Myriad Advisor Solutions and Aflac. These internships provided their with hands-on experience in the industry.

Sara then pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science at DePaul University Jarvis College of Computing and Digital Media between 2020 and 2022. In November 2020, they also obtained a certification from the CITI Program, a division of BRANY, in Faculty/Staff/Outside Collaborators/Students.
