Anne-Laure Vaillant has held a variety of roles in their career. In 2013, they worked as an Open Water Scuba Instructor at Atlantis International Bali and Blue Season Bali, where they were in charge of Divemaster training, teaching all scuba diving courses from SD to Divemaster, and guiding safaris groups during several days and daily certified or DSD divers. In 2015, they were a Sales Advisor at DECATHLON FRANCE. In 2016, they were a Business Development Representative (Fr-BE) at Campsy.com. From 2017 to 2019, they were an Account Manager at Alturna Networks NV, where they were responsible for the business development of networking equipment to new and existing customers in France and Belgium (B2B). Since 2019, they have been a Customer Success Manager and Mobile Growth Strategist at Leanplum, where they work closely with key customers to onboard them, provide training and enablement sessions, share best practices to further optimize long term Leanplum usage, communicate product development announcements, educate customers, as well as solve technical problems and manage escalations on a day to day basis.

Anne-Laure Vaillant completed their Baccalauréat at Lycée Hector Berlioz in 2007, with a focus on sciences économiques et sociales, spécialité mathématiques et option européenne Allemand. From 2007 to 2009, they attended CPGE Lycée Hector Berlioz. In 2010-2011, they attended Rennes School of Business for Économie, and in 2015-2016, they attended Icademie International for a Bachelor Degree in Marketing, vente option marketing tourisme de loisirs. Anne-Laure also has several certifications, including a Bachelor Degree in "Development Manager in Marketing and Sales – spec.Tourism" from Icademie in 2015, Emergency First Responder Instructor from PADI in 2011, and Open Water Scuba Instructor from PADI in 2011.
