Kayla Stebral has a diverse work experience in the field of benefits administration and client services. Kayla started their career at Mercer in 2012 as a Consolidated Billing Coordinator. Throughout their time at Mercer, they took on various roles, including Intermediate Client Services Analyst and Senior Client Services Analyst. In 2016, they joined Businessolver as a System Relationship Manager before transitioning to the role of Client Operations Advocate. Kayla then became a Configuration Specialist and currently holds the position of System Design Analyst, which they started in April 2022. Kayla's experience showcases their expertise in system design, configuration, and client operations.

Kayla Stebral attended the University of Northern Iowa from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences.
