Gaurav Behl is an experienced project manager and senior radio frequency design engineer with a robust background in RF design and optimization across various telecommunications companies. Currently at Telnet Inc. since January 2009, Gaurav has successfully launched over 300 macro sites for the AT&T WABA market and has extensive experience managing active RF projects. Previous roles include significant contributions to Clearwire and Ericsson, where Gaurav led RF performance engineering for WiMax networks, conducted capacity analysis, and ensured compliance with regulatory standards. Gaurav began a career in RF engineering with Reliance Infocomm and Tata Teleservices, focusing on CDMA networks, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University.
