Carrie Jean Shephard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business coaching, training, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Business Coach and Trainer at Business Impact NW, Carrie is dedicated to supporting female entrepreneurs. Previous roles include Freelance Instructor at Shuma, LLC, and Community Engagement Coordinator at Cook Inlet Housing Authority, where management of grant-funded programs and community outreach was key. As Co-Founder and General Manager of Government Event Services, Carrie produced events for government agencies in Alaska, and also co-founded Bespoke Data, LLC. With a background in education from Pacific University and Waseda University, Carrie has cultivated a diverse skill set in sales, marketing, and program management throughout a dynamic career spanning various industries.
