Laura Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in content strategy, digital marketing, project management, and event coordination. Laura is currently the Director of Content Strategy at National Geographic Society, where they oversee the development and execution of content strategies. Prior to that, Laura worked as Vice President of CX, Digital at Weber Shandwick, where they focused on customer experience and digital marketing. Laura also held positions such as Senior Project Manager at Echo & Co., Digital Account Supervisor at LMO Advertising, Digital Strategist at Porter Novelli, Project Manager at New Media Strategies, and Event Coordinator at Leading Authorities, Inc. Laura began their career as an Agent Trainee at William Morris Endeavor Entertainment, where they assisted a television agent and managed a personal client. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and expertise in various marketing disciplines.

Laura Garcia attended Villanova University from 2001 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies. Following that, they enrolled at Lehigh University College of Business from 2002 to 2005, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
