Kim Van Arsdale currently serves as Vice President Treasury Management Executive at Busey, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Kim held various leadership positions at CIBM Bank from March 2003 to March 2023, including Vice President of Treasury Management and Vice President of Retail Market Manager. In the latter role, Kim was responsible for managing retail branch staffing, operations, consumer lending, mortgage lending, and treasury management for the Indianapolis area.
