Mike Haas is an associate at Burns Charest LLP since June 2022, following a five-year tenure as an assistant district attorney at the Shelby County District Attorney General’s Office. Haas has experience in various units, beginning as a general sessions prosecutor. Prior to this, Haas served as a law clerk in the Preliminary Hearings Unit of the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, where responsibilities included conducting preliminary hearings under supervision. Earlier legal experience includes roles as a law clerk at the Law Offices of Michael J. Maloney and Public Counsel, focusing on corporate legal issues and welfare benefit advocacy. Haas holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
