Jens Welter currently serves as the Co-Head of Banking, Capital Markets & Advisory for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at Citi, a position held since December 2022. Prior to this role, Jens Welter accumulated extensive experience at Credit Suisse, where from July 1995 to December 2022, responsibilities included serving as the Head of Investment Banking and Capital Markets for the EMEA region and as the Global Co-Head of Consumer & Retail. Jens Welter advanced academic credentials with an education from INSEAD between 1997 and 1998.
