Nicholas Pounder is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and operations management. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Project Manager at Burnham Nationwide, Inc. since April 2016, Nicholas has taken ownership of the permitting process for clients in the San Francisco/Bay Area within a permit expediting firm that has secured building permits in over 1,200 jurisdictions across the United States. Prior to this role, Nicholas worked as a Landscape Architect and Office Manager at Rare Earth Landscaping from 2010 to 2014. Nicholas holds a degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and is an alumnus of Homewood-Flossmoor High School.
