Chief Revenue Strategy Officer/chief Managed Care Officer at Unlock Health

Kevin Thilborger has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Kevin is currently working at Unlock Health as the Chief Revenue Strategy Officer and Chief Managed Care Office since 2024. Before joining Unlock Health, Kevin worked at Huron from 2019 to 2024 as the Managing Director, focusing on Value-Based Care, Strategy, and Transformation. From 2016 to 2019, Kevin held the position of VP Health Plan Services (National) at Evolent Health where they played a crucial role in integrating three organizations into one product offering and strategizing with C-suite and board members on evolving through the value-based care continuum. Prior to Evolent Health, they worked at Valence Health (which is now part of Evolent Health) as the VP Business Development (Regional) from 2015 to 2016, where they contributed to increasing company revenues by selling over $75 million in the first 18 months. Kevin also gained extensive experience at Huron Consulting Group, where they held the position of Senior Director from 2014 to 2015 and Director, Managed Care from 2010 to 2013. Kevin started their career in 1997 as a Contractor at Provider Networks of America before moving on to various roles at Humana from 2000 to 2008, including Director of Contracting, Hospital Contractor, Market Operations Manager, and Team Leader in Physician and Ancillary Contracting. Throughout their career, Kevin has demonstrated expertise in revenue improvement strategies, managed care, value-based care, and contract negotiations.

Kevin Thilborger attended Tulane University from 1995 to 1997 where they earned a degree in Health Care Administration (MHA). Kevin also pursued a Master's degree in Health Administration at Tulane University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Philosophy from Spring Hill College.
