Nalan Dodgson is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with over 20 years of experience in the fashion and retail industry. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Burberry since February 2012, Nalan is responsible for owning and managing the Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, demonstrating a strong commitment to developing people through an inclusive and supportive approach. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for EMEIA and Process Excellence, and Resourcing Manager for Europe, Middle East, India & Africa at Burberry, as well as key positions at Harrods and Fashion and Retail Personnel. Nalan's educational background includes a foundation in Art and Design from Somerset College of Art and Chelsea School of Art.
