Ryan Barry is a Partner and Attorney at Bulkley Richardson, where the practice focuses on advising businesses, charitable organizations, healthcare organizations, and educational institutions on pertinent legal issues. Since 2015, Ryan has been instrumental in drafting and negotiating contracts among healthcare organizations, including matters related to affiliation agreements, mergers and acquisitions, as well as contracts for professional services, software, and medical equipment. Prior to this role, Ryan served as an Associate City Solicitor in the City of Springfield Law Department from 2012 to 2015, handling contract negotiations, civil litigation, and advising on various municipal legal matters. Ryan began the legal career as an intern at the Northwestern District Attorney from 2011 to 2012, following the attainment of a Juris Doctor degree from Northeastern University School of Law in 2011 and a Bachelor's degree in History from Colorado College in 2005.
